## MCP server (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor)

MRRdue ships a native Model Context Protocol server, so an AI assistant can
answer questions about a workspace's metrics, at-risk customers and recovery
queue in plain language.

- Server URL: https://www.mrrdue.com/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP)
- Auth: OAuth 2.1 (authorization code with PKCE S256, dynamic client
  registration) for ChatGPT and Claude.ai; an MRRdue API token created in
  Dashboard → Settings → Developer API for Cursor, Claude Code and Claude
  Desktop. OAuth tokens are read-only; API tokens can also draft campaigns.
- Plan: included on the paid plan at no extra cost. Rate limit shared with the
  REST API: 300 requests/hour/workspace.
- Tools include get_metrics, who_needs_attention, list_at_risk_customers,
  list_cases, get_case, get_recovery_email, find_customer, customer_health,
  compare_months, forecast_mrr, analyze_revenue, bulk_preview, execute_batch,
  cancel_campaign and list_campaigns.
- Approval gate: bulk_preview drafts up to 50 recovery emails into a campaign
  that waits for approval. Only a person signed into the dashboard can approve
  it; no assistant can approve its own campaign, and execute_batch rejects an
  unapproved one. Nothing an assistant does can touch the billing account.

## Principles

- Read-only by design: no card charges, payment retries, refunds, subscription
  changes or cancellations in the connected billing account.
- No card or bank data: MRRdue does not ask for or store card numbers, CVCs or
  full bank account numbers. Provider keys are encrypted at rest and used only
  on the server.
- You decide what gets sent: customer email is off by default, automatic
  sending is a second, separate opt-in, and AI assistants can draft a campaign
  but only a signed-in person can approve it.
- No invented numbers: every figure comes from the workspace's own billing data.
