The paid MRRdue plan is for recovery signals, alerts, and manual recovery assistance. Your provider remains your billing system; MRRdue reads subscription data and stores normalized metrics locally for dashboard and alerting workflows.

Real-time updates
Webhooks are the primary update path. Queue workers coalesce subscription, invoice, customer, product, and price changes.
Fallback sync
Scheduled reconciliation catches missed or delayed changes and keeps dashboard metrics based on the local database.

Common pricing questions.
When does billing start?
Your 14-day trial begins after you connect Stripe or Dodo Payments and complete the first sync. You are not charged until you choose a paid plan before or after the trial ends.
What counts toward tracked MRR?
Tracked MRR is the recurring revenue MRRdue monitors from your connected billing provider. It is used for plan limits, not for billing your customers.
Can I switch plans later?
Today there is one self-serve paid plan. Annual billing saves roughly two months compared with paying monthly. Multi-account pricing will return after that backend is implemented.
Is my billing account safe?
MRRdue uses read-only provider access. We cannot move funds, issue refunds, or change billing settings. Keys are encrypted at rest and never exposed to the browser.
Does MRRdue retry payments?
No. Your billing provider remains the retry engine. MRRdue times its signals and outreach suggestions around provider retry data where available and never touches your billing.
Is Webhook Doctor included?
Yes. Webhook Doctor watches your provider webhook stream and alerts you when it breaks (a rotated signing secret, endpoint errors, or events received but never processed) so a broken webhook never silently corrupts your MRR number. Email and Slack alerts are included in the paid plan.
Does MRRdue send emails to my customers?
No. You send from your own address using our templates, mailto/Gmail actions, or draft-to-your-inbox. The paid plan can automatically hand cases to your endpoint (n8n, Zapier, Make) so your systems send. MRRdue never emails your customers directly.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
Your data keeps flowing. You'll see an upgrade prompt on the dashboard when tracked MRR passes your plan's ceiling. We don't cut off syncs the day you grow.
Is there a free plan?
There is no permanent free workspace. The demo is free forever and never touches live provider data; your 14-day trial starts only when you connect read-only access.
How is MRRdue different from dunning tools?
Dunning tools email your customers from their infrastructure and edit billing state. MRRdue is the read-only recovery cockpit: it finds and prioritizes the leak, arms you (or your automation) to act, and leaves your billing untouched.
Does the paid plan include MCP / ChatGPT / Claude access?
Yes, at no extra cost. The $29 plan includes a native MCP server so ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Cursor, and Claude Code can read your metrics and recovery queue. It shares the same read-only guarantees and rate limit as the REST API, and no AI connection can ever send an email or change billing.
