What MRRdue does
MRRdue imports read-only Stripe billing metadata, generates revenue leak reports, prioritizes failed-payment cases, sends configured alerts, and provides manual recovery assistance such as copyable email templates, payment links when Stripe provides them, and internal case notes.
What MRRdue does not do
MRRdue does not guarantee payment recovery, does not initiate card charges, does not retry payments, does not issue refunds, does not modify your customers' subscriptions, and does not send automated customer dunning campaigns in V1 or V1.5.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying a properly restricted, read-only Stripe key and for ensuring you have authority to process the connected workspace's billing data. You are also responsible for reviewing reports, deciding whether to contact customers, and ensuring your use of recovery templates complies with applicable laws and your own customer agreements.
Stripe connection
Customer Stripe accounts are connected only for read-only revenue recovery reporting. MRRdue requires read access to billing resources such as customers, subscriptions, invoices, products, and prices. MRRdue does not need permissions to create charges, issue refunds, or modify subscriptions.
MRRdue subscription billing
Paid MRRdue subscriptions are billed through Dodo Payments. Your MRRdue subscription billing provider is separate from the Stripe account you connect for read-only recovery of your own subscription revenue.
Free trial, subscriptions, and cancellation
MRRdue includes a 14-day free trial that begins when you successfully connect a Stripe account and complete the first sync, not at signup. No payment card is required to start the trial. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends, access to the dashboard, reports, failed-payment recovery, and alerts is paused.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. Except where required by law, amounts already paid for the current period are non-refundable.
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription enters a short grace period during which access continues while the payment is retried. If it stays unpaid, or after a cancellation or trial expiry, access is paused while your data is retained as described below.
Service limitations
Revenue and MRR calculations are operational estimates and may require review for complex billing arrangements, taxes, discounts, credits, trials, usage billing, multiple currencies, or incomplete Stripe data. Risk scores and recoverability estimates are directional signals, not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Account security
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, connecting only Stripe accounts you are authorized to access, and promptly revoking or rotating keys if access should change.
Termination and data
You may stop using MRRdue or disconnect Stripe at any time. Disconnecting Stripe removes the stored restricted key. When access is paused after a trial expiry, cancellation, or unpaid renewal, your imported reporting data is retained for 30 days so you can reactivate without re-importing, after which it may be deleted. You can also request deletion or use a delete-imported-data control at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse MRRdue, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape it in ways that harm availability, or use it for unlawful purposes. You may not share login credentials outside your organization or connect Stripe workspaces you are not authorized to manage.
Liability
MRRdue is provided for operational revenue recovery assistance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRRdue is not liable for lost revenue, failed recoveries, customer disputes, incorrect Stripe data, provider outages, or decisions made from reports and estimates.
